Museums in Cocoa Beach

There’s more to Cocoa Beach than sandy beaches and fruity cocktails.

Our local museums are infinitely diverse. Their common denominator is making a unique contribution to the public by collecting, preserving, and interpreting the beauty of this world.

One museum of great significance is the Ron Jon Surf Museum. This exhibit celebrates the tradition of east coast surfing and the Legends that come from this area including 7 time world champion Kelly Slater.

Among the other museums, the Cocoa Beach area is home to botanical gardens, planetariums, aquariums and several wildlife refuges full of fragrant trails and hundreds of native animals in their natural habitat.

While staying in Cocoa Beach take the time to get to know us and our home.
